BASELINE SPECIFICATIONS
The following is a general characterization of the kind
of quality products and materials that would be included in a home designed
and built by LSSA. Included are website links for more detailed information.
The Baseline Specifications are used as the basis for determining your
budget once you know that the basic $225+* per square foot is acceptable
and for revising your budget throughout the architectural design process.
For example, you may choose to save money by substituting an asphalt shingle
roof for the metal roof. Or, you may choose to add tile or bamboo flooring
for a budget increase. The Basic Specifications will then be “factored”
to reflect your choices in terms of increases or decreases in cost per
square foot.
