ENERGY MENTORING: one2one sessions

Making sense of the methods we use to hold onto self sabotaging behavior as well as the ones that support us in becoming more of our authentic, original selves is a passionate endeavor for me. It's been a personal life-long journey that has taken many forms over the years as a way to make sense of existence whilst coming to grips with my own life and perceived dramas. Faced with the conundrums I've experienced, the paradoxes that I grown to enjoy and the epiphanies of who I am when I take the steps to review, release, and rearrange myself, I now feel very pleased to serve others, with what I've experienced, by offering one2one assistance as an Energy Mentor.

This new distinction of therapy comes from my intention to not only apply some fantastic methods such as EFT and Matrix Energetics, but to employ years of personal research and experiences from indigenous teachings to quantum science in assisting those seeking a multi-dimensional approach of aligning their experiences with their true own nature, their soul's theme and their highest passions.

The journey of experiencing yourself in a life of your preference can seem mysterious as it's difficult to adopt more joy-based belief systems when you are saturated with the ones that don't serve you or are self-sabotoging. Beliefs are self-reinforcing in that what you see outside of yourself is always a product of the conscious and subconscious definitions you operate from. Emotions and behaviours are the clues toward finding these strong definitions that we operate with and by clearing and allowing, through practicing of diffferent states of being, we can then begin to anchor different...more prefered, version of ourselves.

In multiple sessions we will plot the course of discovering what emotions are needed to clear, what core beliefs support those emotions and what direction you truly desire to head toward. For those wanting to go further I offer guided meditations, dimensional shifting practices with parallel universes, becoming aware of awareness by holding states and energies in specific patterns and places in and out of the body, pineal gland activation, and lessons in accessing the neutral state of the higher mind toward expanded intuition to consciously begin to notice what you have not previously noticed.

Theres definately a really strong energy force flowing down the train tracks, like a big green ribbon, and houses and especially doors seem to have different colours around them to, coool:) Also the pineal gland is interesting to, its not so amazing as my heart but im sure it will be eventually. and when im connecting in that spacy state, i can ask myself anything and get a real knowledgable answer, and access states like love, bliss, but really concentrated, awesome

Sometimes I don't realize how stuck I am until the biology of my body rebels. This is how I was when I called you for your insight and help. Your intuition honed in on my emotions which become uncomfortably unconscious and with the techniques you have employed you coaxed them to the surface. I'm amazed that I would even have any choices about them. I relax with your work and feel the box I was in unlocking and opening to the great possibility of full and vital healing on all levels. This was the case when I was just coming down with bronchitis and called you. You asked me several questions and uncovered the assumptions I carried for a lifetime of feeling unworthy. Then you asked my higher self more questions as to if there was more to this and if I was ready to release this. I felt sweet and grateful...deeply grateful. Now...I've somewhat retreated into a comfortable shell to heal deeply. I'm not in a shell with angst and issue but rather with love....and acceptance.
