ART
I have been a creative professional working as a graphic designer and artist in the USA and the UK for nearly 3 decades. Beginning my creative career in Hollywood, California in the early 80s, I now live on the southwest coast of England, and have enjoyed diverse experiences and a life of bringing the best of myself to my work and my community.

ENERGY
Because of my fascination with spiritual evolution and my deep questions about physical reality, our psychology and the choices we make, I have cultivated tools, techniques and technologies that have been valuable in assisting my own consciousness evolution. I now offer Consciousness Coaching, assisting clients with their energetic patterns and the refection they see outside of themselves as a mirror to their beliefs and defintions about themselves and their lives.

AUTISM
Thrust into what has been has called a twenty first century epidemic, what I have included on this site is my experience and views about autism and how having a child "on the spectrum" has influence me in profound ways.

WHAT'S HERE
Put in a more enigmatic way, this site and the articles here are intended to show how we are all dynamic waves of expression. As you read through the discoveries and thoughts that are my experiences and process, it is my sincere hope that many of you will notice the synchronicity that brought you to this site. There are many different models of self-realization to use that activate noticeable and permanent transformations within ourselves and the techniques that I share are ones that are supported not only by specific method training but by a lifetime of paying attention to the unseen energy that influences our human experience.
